Jake has been an Auctioneer since 1999 and a realtor since 2000. His experience includes the following: Board Member of the South Carolina Auctioneers Association, 2001 Graduate Auctioneer, member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors - Auction Committee, member of the National Auctioneers Association and the National Association of Realtors. He attended the Southeastern School of Auctioneering where he studied and worked under the direction of three auctioneers. Prior to becoming an auctioneer, he had 28 years experience with Procter & Gamble in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing. He was a speech pathologist and teacher in Iowa.
