Chas graduated from Wyatt Institute of Real Estate, and is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and Greenville MLS.
Chas worked with his family’s real estate company, The Whitmire Co. prior to joining The Marchant Company. While working in the development of commercial and industrial properties, Chas gained knowledge of construction, finance and marketing of real estate. He has over five years of experience in the local real estate market.
Chas has a strong attention to detail and believes that no job is too big or too small. He is committed to streamlining the buying and selling process for buyers and sellers.
A native of Greenville, Chas enjoys local history, cooking, music, and home improvement. He is a fan of Clemson Football and Greenville Road Warriors hockey. He lives in Sans Souci, and has two young nephews and likes spending time with his family and friends.
