Charlotte Beck Faulk
Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University. She is a graduate of the South Carolina Bankers School, Furman Connections, and Wyatt Institute of real estate.
Charlotte has been with The Marchant Company since 2014 after spending 25 years in banking. The majority of her banking career was in client management and residential real estate lending for Bank of America, Pinnacle Bank of SC, and CertusBank. Her lending experience includes residential lot and construction lending, and she worked closely with buyers of residential homes throughout her career. Transitioning from banking to real estate is a natural progression for Charlotte. As a banking professional, she excelled in customer service, and her drive for client satisfaction motivates her in the real estate business. Charlotte’s connections to the best business professionals and her aptitude for detail is her strategy in getting clients to the closing table.
Real Estate is actually one of Charlotte’s personal interests, whether that is reviewing properties with her husband for potential investment, analyzing floor plans and design layouts, or watching HGTV. Her husband, Randy, is a real estate investor who specializes in historical restoration in the downtown Greenville market. She has been along his side for every purchase, renovation, and sale. Every transaction is unique, and she enjoys the opportunity to use her experience as well as her problem-solving skills to enhance his career. Charlotte has lived in the Upstate for over 30 years. After living in five states and traveling extensively, she believes it is the best place to be! She and her husband live downtown and enjoy the architecture of the historic neighborhoods and the proximity to the bustle of the downtown community. They are active members of St. Paul’s Church and enjoy exercise, college football, and excursions to the beach.
Charlotte was wonderful! She got on our wavelength quickly, understanding what we wanted and the area we were looking in. We were able to very quickly narrow down and pounce on a wonderful home. She was always on top of negotiations and paperwork, very available for any questions we had, and her turnaround time on communication is outstanding.

Selling our first home could have been stressful and (likely would have been) had we not had Charlotte as our realtor. She arrived to our initial meeting to discuss listing the house completely prepared and had that level of organization the entire process. Do not look any further. If you are reading this review then you have found your realtor. Charlotte is incredible. She is so nice and easy to work with. We were shopping for our first home and very intimidated and nervous about it because of all the horror stories you hear about home buying. It could not have been much easier.
